• Mon–Fri: 12 PM – 10 PM
• Sat–Sun: 12 PM – 11 PM

We're now hiring an Assistant Store Manager who can lead with energy, enforce standards, and support growth.🧭 Role Summary

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be the on-site leader ensuring seamless operations at every level—from food quality to guest service to staff morale. You’ll enforce the brand's standards and lead by example, ensuring every shift runs smoothly and consistently.

✅ Key Responsibilities 🍽️ Operational Excellence

• Lead FOH and BOH teams through shift changes and peak periods
• Execute opening, mid-shift, and closing routines with precision
• Ensure order speed, accuracy, and quality across dine-in, takeout, and delivery
• Maintain standards for cleanliness, food safety, prep quality, and station readiness

🎯 Team Leadership & Coaching

• Coach, support, and monitor staff performance, attendance, and grooming
• Assist in onboarding, training, and reinforcing brand standards
• Rotate duties fairly and oversee compliance with procedures
• Motivate and manage energy and execution during busy times

🛎️ Guest Experience & Service

• Deliver exceptional guest interactions and resolve complaints professionally
• Ensure smooth ticket handoffs and guest satisfaction across all channels
• Promote guest feedback and support Google review collection

📈 Shift Oversight & Reporting

• Provide shift reports on sales, guest issues, team performance, and system compliance
• Reconcile orders on delivery platforms; resolve issues promptly
• Track prep and inventory gaps; support stock checks and deliveries

👤 We’re Looking For Someone Who Can…

• Bring 1–2 years of experience in QSR/fast-casual management.
• Balance fast-paced multitasking with a calm, decisive leadership style
• Communicate clearly, coach effectively, and lead by example
• Maintain a friendly yet professional approach to guests and team members
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays with consistency
• Thrive in a team-focused, system-based environment
