💼 About the Role
We’re looking for a high-performance Revenue Closer to join our in-studio team in Kelowna. In this role, you’ll convert qualified, warm leads into high-ticket program clients, all through conversational sales. That means no cold calls, no spammy tactics, just smart, strategic sales backed by purpose.
You’ll work closely with our Head of Revenue, our elite coaching programs team, and a tight-knit crew of marketers and operators. If you’ve got a competitive streak, strong EQ, and a passion for helping people say “yes” to their goals, this is your arena.
🧾 What You’ll Be Responsible For
Sales Execution (Chat-First)
- Own the entire sales process via DMs, voice notes, and chat
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments for high-ticket business and mindset programs
- Guide prospects through objections with clarity and confidence
- Maintain a strong daily cadence: conversations, follow-ups, and conversions
Strategy & Optimization
- Partner with marketing to ensure aligned messaging and targeting
- Share insights to improve funnels, scripts, and conversion flows
- Track pipeline metrics in our CRM with diligence
- Contribute to ongoing A/B testing and conversion improvements
Client Experience & Brand Integrity
- Deliver a concierge-level experience throughout the buying journey
- Represent our brand with professionalism and positivity
- Capture and relay feedback to inform product and coaching improvements
🧠 What You Bring
Must-Haves
- 2+ years in sales (DM, phone, or high-ticket preferred)
- Elite written communication: persuasive, punchy, and personal
- Passion for performance, mindset, business, or coaching
- Tech-savvy with CRMs, sales dashboards, and digital tools
- Full-time, in-person availability in Kelowna
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or HubSpot
- Background in coaching, digital products, or startups
- A competitive mindset and hunger to grow fast
