Our challenge
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to join our team. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into technical solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of FSC features to meet client requirements.
Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Toronto, ON is CAD $110K - CAD $120K/year & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define requirements related to Salesforce FSC implementations.
- Develop detailed documentation including business process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with technical teams to design, configure, and optimize FSC solutions.
- Assist in the testing and validation of FSC features and integrated processes.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and system enhancements.
- Provide guidance on best practices for FSC utilization within financial services organizations.
- Support change management activities, including user training and adoption strategies.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure project success.
- Stay updated on Salesforce FSC features, industry trends, and regulatory compliance requirements relevant to financial services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
- Strong understanding of financial services processes, products, and client management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to create and interpret detailed documentation and functional specifications.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Salesforce certifications related to FSC and Administration are a plus.
- Prior experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.
Preferred skills:
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards related to DevOps.
