Physicians - Join the Modernization of Primary Care
You deserve a raise in an 80% / 20% OHIP Fee-for-Service split with the family practice clinic.
Enjoy a $10,000 bonus plan for joining our client’s Clinic, details below.
By joining our client’s Etobicoke Clinic (other locations forthcoming) for between 2 to 5 days per week from your choice of the 7 days, and no on-call duties, you will have less administrative duties, and limit all your clinical costs to only 15% of your OHIP Fee-for-Service revenues.
Keep 85% of your OHIP billings, while the Clinic keeps only 15% for clinic costs. That 15% gives you the following support:
- Clinic rent and all the related utility costs
- Clinic furnishings and decor of the current 3,700 square feet
- Clinic staff including nurses and clinical assistants
- Billing, email, fax, telephone systems
- An inventory of medical supplies, including PPE
- A very user-friendly Apple computer, patients get an Apple iPad to register
- The EMR from Telus is the Collaborative Health Record (CHR)
- AI Assistant software and appointment scheduling
Our client is addressing key challenges in primary care, including:
- Improving outcomes with a team-based approach to patient care
- Reducing administrative burdens for the physicians
- Lowering overhead fees for the physicians
- AI documentation so physicians have more patient time and less computer time
- Integrated systems centralize your tools, ensuring seamless communication
- Nurses and allied health and home care professionals integrated into the care team
- Back-end operational, technical and administrative support
- All clinic processes made efficient so their 15% grows, which grows physician income
Qualifications:
- A Family Practitioner with an Ontario License
- Certification with CFPC preferred
- Commitment to ongoing medical education and high ethical standards
- Ability to manage diverse health issues in patients of all age groups
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Status & Hours:
Set your own hours, be it Part-Time or Full-Time as desired, while keeping within 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday and / or 10am to 6pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Etobicoke, Ontario (other Ontario locations are coming)
Bonus Plan Details:
The $25,000 bonus noted above is paid as $5,000 up front, followed by $1,000 per month for the next twenty months, and based on Family Practitioners that sign a contract based on 4 days per week or more.
Lower commitment levels also provide a Bonus as follows:
- 2 days / week: $2,500 up front, and $625/month paid over next 12 months; $10,000 total
- 3 days / week: $5,000 up front, and $1,000/month paid over next 15 months; $20,000 total
- 4 days / week: $5,000 up front, and $1,000/month paid over next 20 months; $25,000 total
Clinic Culture - The following are comments from the Clinic Manager:
- The Family Practitioners are in the driver’s seat and they guide the flow of the clinic
- The management team views the physicians as partners in the operation, and we defer to them on most things that come up, and we don't dictate to them
- The team-based approach to care that we are developing is great for continuity of care and better patient care overall
- We have a beautiful clinic, well equipped and clean
- Our team is highly trained, well supported and also innovative
