Responsibilities

• Work with both clients and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Participate in Pre-Sales Client solutions
• Participate in service improvement and technical roadmap initiatives
• Investigate assigned Incidents and Service Requests
• Monitor and resolve incidents and support requests; ensure response/resolution within service level agreement (SLA) targets
• Update ticket information and associated documentation
• Maintain service delivery for the following:
• • Azure Monitor
  • Azure IaaS and PaaS
  • Microsoft Intune
  • Power BI Integration
  • Azure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
• Maintain reporting software to provide valuable information to clients
• Notify clients of any potential problems in their environment
• Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
• Design and Implement Azure AI initiatives and process automation

Skills and Experience

• Possess a Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• Current Microsoft Certifications:
• • Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • Any Microsoft AI Certification
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience with the following technologies:
• • Azure Virtual Machines (IaaS)
  • Networking (VNet, VPN, NSG, LB)
  • Azure Storage (Blob, File, Disks)
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • RBAC / Privileged Identity Management
