We Are Looking For: An experienced and passionate Canvass Leader who is ready to take their career to the next level with a great company. We're in search of a motivated individual who not only excels in canvassing but also possesses the leadership skills necessary to inspire and guide a team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of canvassers to engage with the community and effectively communicate the value of supporting local farmers through NutraFarms.
- Plan and execute canvassing strategies that effectively reach target audiences and achieve campaign goals.
- Train new team members in canvassing techniques and knowledge about our farmers and products.
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to ensure high levels of productivity and engagement.
- Represent NutraFarms and our farmers professionally and ethically at all times, fostering positive relationships within the community.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to align canvassing efforts with broader promotional campaigns.
- Report on team performance, campaign progress, and market feedback to senior management, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in canvassing and team leadership, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire both team members and the public.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A passion for local food movements, sustainability, and community engagement.
- Access to reliable transportation, as this role involves travel within the community.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required to meet campaign objectives.
