About the role

Volt is immediately hiring for Pricing and Rebate Coordinator in  Dollard-Des Ormeaux, Quebec.    In Customer Care you will:

• Manage the customer profile pricing agreements with direction from different business units with our

internal tools.

• Maintain accurate pricing in various tools and ensure timely updates.

• Provide support for pricing-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage and resolve pricing claims and discrepancies to ensure accurate billing and customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with the claims department to address and resolve any pricing-related issues.

• Collaborate with Sales, Channel Representatives, and Price Authorizers to process various requests.

• Work closely with Accounts Receivable (AR) to match and clear invoices.

• Ensure quality and accuracy of data entry, as it is price-sensitive.

 

This is a  full time  opportunity. Hours: 8am-5pm; Mon- Fri The first three weeks of training will be in-person at the Dollard des Ormeaux location.   The ideal candidate will have

Bilingual in French and English required. • Creation, maintenance, and modification of customer profile pricing agreements in compliance with

directives from Sales Representatives, Channel Managers, and Distributors.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Proven experience in pricing analysis or a similar role.

• Proficiency in SAP.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel is essential to be successful in this role.

• Ability to work effectively, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.

• Excellent attention to detail and willingness to work with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and take ownership of projects.

• Ability to analyze data and present actionable results.

• Other duties as required for the job.

créditer les distributeurs pour des prix négociés pour des produits désignés de Schneider Electric. Les montants des

rabais sont négociés entre les distributeurs et Schneider Electric pour permettre d’offrir des prix concurrentiels à leurs

clients. Lorsque le distributeur vend le produit à son client, le rabais négocié est alors crédité du compte du distributeur

chez Schneider Electric.

Description du poste:

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) coordonnateur(trice) des rabais/prix axés sur les détails pour se joindre à notre

équipe dynamique. La personne retenue sera responsable de la gestion et du traitement de divers types de demandes

de rabais, de la conformité aux ententes de prix et de la coordination des activités connexes, tout en fournissant un

service à la clientèle de qualité en répondant et en résolvant les demandes internes et externes. Ce rôle exige une forte

capacité à gérer de multiples priorités, une facilité de compréhension de l’entreprise et de solides compétences en

communication du français et de l’anglais.  

Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm
