Job Description:
Job Title: Subject Matter Expert – Third Party Risk Management
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Montreal, Quebec, H3B4L2 (Hybrid)
Bilingualism : French/English = mandatory
Hybrid - 2 days per week in person
We are seeking an expert in third-party risk management to support the existing team in executing the following three areas:
- Design, documentation, and presentation of the third-party risk management methodology, specifically including tasks such as:
o Documenting the end-to-end third-party risk management process and methodology and aligning it with the third-party management lifecycle
o Documenting the lifecycle management process and methodology for the post-signature portion
o Documenting the concentration risk assessment process and methodology and monitoring this risk
o Documenting the criticality assessment process and methodology for a third-party agreement
o Documenting the controls in place within the institution by identifying controls and analyses performed for each third party
o Documenting and monitoring compliance of the process AND the institution's execution of third-party risk management with regulatory requirements in a dashboard
o Documenting efficiency points to be added to the process execution in order to identify all operational optimization points, including the automation of the tasks performed

Based on the previous steps, ensure the documentation of business needs to translate processes and methodologies into business requirements to configure technological tools and platforms to ensure the operationalization of tasks within the institution.

Since the deployment of technological tools and platforms in the previous step, act as a resource person to answer questions, update requests, training requests, etc., related to the institution's execution of the processes and methodologies listed in this document.
