About the role
We are in search of a Senior Salesforce Consultant based in the Toronto area.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated hands on experience designing, supporting, developing, maintaining, and configurating Salesforce solutions
- Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant
- Experience with Vlocity platform capabilities, including FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Calculation Matrices and Procedures, OmniScripts, Vlocity Data Model, and Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with Salesforce Dynamic Forms
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions, including Experience Cloud and OmniStudio components.
- Implement and troubleshoot Salesforce Dynamic Forms and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Conduct fit/gap analysis between business requirements and Salesforce Public Sector capabilities.
- Build and support prototypes, proof of concepts, and AODA-compliant solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using web services and other mechanisms.
- Apply knowledge of Vlocity tools such as FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, OmniScripts, and Calculation Matrices.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce platform limitations, security settings, and governor limits.
- Perform hands-on configuration and issue resolution in both development and production environments.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement fixes for defects and incidents.
- Document technical solutions, build books, and performance metrics.
- Support user acceptance testing and deployment activities.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.

- Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer
- Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
