JOB DESCRIPTION
This job will conduct a wide range of administrative functions, including but not limited to reviewing time entry, data entry, and reporting. This position is a 12-week contract with the possibility of extension.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure employees' files are up to date
- Sourcing and booking hotels for employees
- Ordering supplies, coordinating office procedures, and assisting with data entry
- Provides general administrative including preparation of reports, announcements, meeting minutes, and document distribution
- Reviewing and adjusting time entry.
- Review training needs; schedules and coordinates training courses with internal and external training providers; maintains attendance records and all documentation related to the training
- Monitors and updates Drivers Abstracts in DATS
- Performs other related duties, as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service focus, with excellent communication skills for dealing with a wide range of individuals
- Excellent organizational, follow-through and workload planning skills.
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities while adhering to processes and deadlines
- Independent and self-motivated, with the ability to take the initiative in liaising with other departments and/or external resources
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Works independently, yet strong team player
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Requires advanced computer skills including all Microsoft 365 programs and ability to quickly learn multiple software systems.
- Strong data entry and record keeping skills required
- Experience in an Administrative position is preferred
