Job Opportunity: Industrial Engineer – Manufacturing Sector

We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our Performance Process Engineering (PPE) team based in Mirabel, Québec, Canada . In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams ranging from production to strategy, contributing to the development of optimized processes and future industrial standards.
What You'll Do:
- Define optimal assembly sequences while considering industrial and technical constraints.
- Detail and update critical paths; assess the impact of potential industrial changes.
- Analyze workstation performance and challenges through targeted observations.
- Identify productivity blockers and play a key role in developing solutions.
- Document the potential and limitations of industrial strategies, especially in preparation for production ramp-ups.
- Lead meetings with various stakeholders to analyze workstations and drive improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and update the prior PERT (Anteriority diagram).

What You Bring:
- A degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in both French and English.
