About Agam Capital
Agam Capital is an insurance solutions provider that differentiates itself by taking a risk-focused approach to dynamic management of liabilities.
Agam was founded by former senior executives from Apollo Global Management and Aflac Inc. While traditional reinsurance solutions have aimed at enhancing asset yield to support a liability structure, Agam has focused its efforts on risk management and integrated analytics, which reduces the need to move further up the risk curve. It has developed a sophisticated, fully integrated Proprietary Asset-Liability model (pALM), which is the cornerstone to its Enterprise-wide Risk Management (ERM) framework. pALM enables insurers and reinsurers to manage its liabilities, assets and capital in a fashion that meets guidelines set by National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC), European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority’s (EIOPA) Solvency II directive or Bermuda Monetary Authority’s (BMA) Solvency II Equivalence.
Agam’s senior team has over 100 years of combined expertise in the field of insurance, asset management and risk management.
