About the role

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a customer service mindset. At least one year of proven experience required.

Responsibilities, some but not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
  • Creating and sending reports to Property Managers
  • Data Entry
  • Putting quotes together
  • Communicate with property managers and resolve inquiries
  • Assisting in pricing jobs that were completed for billing purposes

Skills

  • High attention to detail.
  • Great work ethic and ability to work to deadlines under pressure.
  • Willing to take extra steps to resolve issues.
  • Good command of English language and communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy required, including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Excel, Outlook email and web browsers
  • Ability to perform efficiently in a busy team-oriented environment or alone when required.
  • Effective organization and time management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative and make sound decisions.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
