Our F45 Trainers are fun, energetic, and passionate about fitness. Sessions are HIIT circuit based and provide a personal training quality experience in a group training format. All daily programming is designed for the trainer using the most current fitness innovation, research and technology.
F45 Trainers lead PT quality sessions In studio, On-line and outdoors using their understanding of exercise theory and physiology to ensure that every member experiences a challenging and safe workout. F45 Trainers provide an unmatched encouraging atmosphere that keeps members motivated and above all, having FUN! We are expanding our team due to the positive growth we have experienced !
An F45 Ideal Trainer Will Possess the Following Key Attributes:
- Aspirationally fit and have the ability to pass the F45 fitness test
- Can infuse a sense of fun, energy and motivation during every training session
- Strong understanding of exercise theory and ability to disseminate exercise form and safety to members in a manner that is easy to understand
- Possess a personality and natural enthusiasm that is inviting and encouraging
- Understands the value of community and has a track record of fostering team spirit
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to develop strong relationships with members
- Is assertive and confident in their training style
- Has a track record of demonstrating and applying initiative in their work environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Has sales and member acquisition experience and takes pride in growing their community of members
Requirements/ Recommendations:
- Up-to-date First Aid/CPR A ( mandatory )
- Current Personal Training Certification ( mandatory )
- Post secondary diploma or degree in exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, Physiotherapy, Nutrition, or a related field is an asset, but not required ( preference )
- Independent personal liability insurance
- Minimum of 2 years of personal training experience
An Ideal F45 Trainer Will:
- Have the ability to work: Permanent Part time or Contract
- Morning blocks: Monday to Friday 7:30- 1pm AND/OR Evening blocks: 4:00pm - 9:00pm AND/OR Weekend blocks: 7:30am to 12:00pm
- Train from In studio location
- Perform membership acquisition activities and guide potential members through the New Member Success process
- Create an unmatched positive member experience to ensure long term retention of members
- Be proficient and comfortable with technology and be able to administrator memberships and manage member profiles (ie.Mindbody ), use Sonos music system, leverage online social media tools, and be able to use G Suite at a basic to intermediate level
- Perform studio maintenance tasks as part of the studio's Exceptional Experience guidelines
- Setup equipment for the workout of the day
- Safely adapt exercises to both challenge and accommodate members experiencing injury or impairment to ensure an exclusive community
- Enthusiastically approach activities that elevate your practice as an F45 Trainer and improve your skills as a trainer, including: Weekly trainer update and education calls; Training education modules provided by F45 HQ, Quarterly in-house trainer summits; Personal study and skills enhancement
- Participate in activities that raise the profile of the business and the F45 brand in the community such as: Attend all member appreciation events; Attend and help organize community, corporate, or charity events; Show F45 pride on personal social media accounts; Leverage your network to generate awareness of F45 Training LaSalle
