Overview of The Role
Reporting to the IT Manager, PMO—Change Management & Communications, you will act as a Change Management & Communications Specialist at Saputo and be an integral part of the team responsible for enabling Change across our global divisions. Your work, on a range of IT initiatives—from system enhancements to large-scale, complex SAP implementations—positively impacts one of our greatest assets: our people .
You are flexible in your approach and able to scale your plans according to project needs. You take an integrated approach to change management, with consideration for our Business Readiness & Change Leadership, Change Communications and Learning & Performance Support domains. Your recipe for delivering successful outcomes in a dynamic and fast-paced project environment combines collaboration and adaptability with advanced experience applying change methodologies and tools.
As part of your duties, you will communicate and collaborate in English, both orally and in writing with colleagues or other stakeholders in Quebec and the rest of Canada, North and South America, the UK, and Australia.
How You Will Make Contributions That Matter:

Working collaboratively with diverse cross-functional teams and divisional Change Leads

Leading the change management effort and influencing outcomes

Advising sponsors, project teams, and divisional resources on change management, risk mitigation, and business readiness

Developing right-sized change management strategies and detailed plans; reporting on progress

Applying Saputo’s methodology and framework of templates
-
Executing activities and completing deliverables, including:
- Stakeholder assessment and management
- Change impact assessment
- Leadership and organizational alignment
- Strategic and tactical communications
- Risk identification and mitigation
- Business readiness inputs and assessment

Supporting change and adoption among shop floor, back office, and administrative staff

Seeking opportunities for creativity, innovation, and efficiency
You Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have the Following Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant program (e.g., business, organizational behavior, psychology, sociology) or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience contributing and/or leading change management efforts on projects or programs, with preference given to complex IT project experience
- Demonstrated business acumen through experience in manufacturing and/or supply chain
- Demonstrated experience applying change management methodologies
- Demonstrated experience devising Change Management strategies, developing tactical workplans, and creating required deliverables
- Demonstrated ability to plan, draft, and share Change communications
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and facilitate stakeholders in achieving shared goals
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment
- Advanced written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organised approach with an exceptional eye for detail
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office 365 (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and MS Teams)
- Ability to work in the office three days a week, as part of a hybrid work environment
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as needed
The following are considered assets:
- Change management certification (Prosci or CCMP)
- Experience in complex global SAP implementations
- Experience leveraging AI tools in support of Change Management
- Written and verbal proficiency in French or Spanish

Salary scale: From $90 530 to $118 820
- Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
