Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Brampton, ON. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for implementing strategies to grow the customer base, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will be involved in market research, competitor analysis, and developing marketing strategies to enhance business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development and sales
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of insurance products and services
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
