As a Commercial Sales Support, General Student , you will support our Sales team where you will help enhance customer engagement and contribute to operational success. The role focuses on connecting with customers, introducing them to digital payment solutions and ensuring a seamless experience through proactive outreach and data analysis. You will build upon your essential communication skills over the phone, work closely with team members to refine outreach strategies, and gain exposure to customer service best practices within a collaborative, dynamic environment.

Day to Day
- Conduct proactive outbound phone calls to customers to offer our current customers digital payment solutions
- Explain and promote the benefits of digital payment solutions to customers
- Address customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Generate reports and insights from customer data
- Collaborate with team members to improve outreach strategies
Essentials
- No prior sales experience required, however customer service/over the phone experience is considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Experience with Excel (formulas, filter, Pivot Table) and data management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work from home remotely/independently and in a virtual team environment as well as in-office. This position is a hybrid position which would require the student to come into office as required.

Applicable Pay Range $20 - $23/hr

- This is a 4-month summer placement opportunity
- Due to the nature of the opportunity, the role is considered hybrid, with the expectation to come into the Burlington office 2-3 times per week
