About the role
In the Analytics Department, you play a key role in coordinating, prioritizing and executing data valorization and artificial intelligence initiatives for Desjardins’s Risk Management Executive Division. Your mission: Ensure the efficient implementation of the analytics roadmap by facilitating collaboration between contributors, monitoring deliverables and helping to achieve business objectives. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Coordinate risk management analytics projects, according to business priorities and team capacities
- Actively participate in prioritizing analytics use cases, in collaboration with business lines and experts
- Structure, maintain and monitor the analytics roadmap, supporting smooth execution and alignment with deadlines
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (data science, IT, data governance, etc.) to keep projects moving forward
- Facilitate communication between parties involved by explaining analytics concepts in plain language and maintaining the visibility of ongoing projects
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics delivery processes, incorporating market best practices
- Support the integration of analytics solutions into business units’ day-to-day operations

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (management, data science, engineering, etc.)
- At least eight years of relevant experience, including at least three years coordinating or managing analytics projects
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Experience managing complex projects, ideally as part of a digital or analytics transformation
- Knowledge of French is required
- Knowledge of financial risk management is required
- Knowledge of advanced analytics environments is required
- Proficiency in communication techniques, simplification of information and collaborator management
