We are seeking Cantonese/English and/or Mandarin/English bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team. You will act as the concierge to our valued customers while assisting them with their banking needs.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist customers in a prompt, professional manner while ensuring a positive customer experience with each interaction
- Maintaining compliance and confidentiality
- Making appropriate outbound calls to assist existing customers
- Promote and explain services available that customers may not be taking advantage of.
- Follow established procedures and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics
- Stay up to date on banking products, services and system updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 yrs experience in customer service, preferably in a banking or call centre environment
- Above average skills in Microsoft and basic computer use.
- Strong communication skills in required languages
- Comfortable handling confidential financial information
Hours of Operation
- Monday through Friday between 7am and 7pm
- Saturday 9am – 3pm
This position may have the ability to work remotely or hybrid.
Our available positions advertised in Quebec in both languages as they are required for the position.
