Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a friendly and efficient manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information about our programs, services, and policies
- Collaborate with our teams to ensure seamless communication and follow-up with customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system
- Continuously improve your knowledge of our programs and services to provide exceptional support
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an educational setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
