Annual Salary Range: $41,263 -$59,973
Benefits: Health and Dental, LTD, ADD, Life. RRSP and, upon eligibility, matching RPP.
Vacation: 20 days per annum (160 hours)
InterVarsity staff members walk with young people on their journey from early childhood, through teenage years and into their late twenties, seeking to foster authentic communities at camp, high school, college and university, and in the workplace. A campus minister does this primarily by establishing communities of college or university students in one or more fellowships, providing leadership and pastoral care. Campus Ministers will be required to raise their budget , which contributes to the costs of their salary and ministry expense. This is a full-time position (though a part-time role can also be explored).
