About the role

Aspen North Capital Inc. is looking for a polished, people-first Guest Experience Manager to help build and deliver unforgettable experiences at Toronto’s most exclusive automotive and lifestyle club.

In this hybrid role, you’ll serve as a brand ambassador for Aspen, working alongside our Event Sales & Partnerships Manager to lead our luxury events while also serving as a trusted guide for current and future members—curating a membership experience that reflects Aspen’s prestige. This is a client-facing, energy-driven role perfect for someone who thrives in luxury hospitality and isn’t afraid to close a deal.

Key Responsibilities Client & Member Engagement

· Serve as the face of Aspen during tours, events, and member interactions

· Build rapport with guests, VIPs, and prospects to create lasting impressions

· Support the membership onboarding process—from tours and consultations to sign-ups and follow-ups

· Ensure members feel welcomed, supported, and continuously impressed

Event Coordination & Support

· Assist in planning and executing premium events on-site, from private functions to brand activations

· Collaborate with the Event Sales Manager and third-party vendors to ensure every detail runs smoothly

· Act as a key onsite contact during events, supporting logistics and client satisfaction

· Help curate moments that align with Aspen’s luxury standard

Sales & Business Development

· Actively support membership growth by identifying and connecting with prospective members

· Confidently present Aspen’s value to high-net-worth individuals during in-person meetings and tours

· Maintain awareness of guest preferences and potential leads for membership or event referrals

Operations & Coordination

· Work closely with other internal team members (event staff, concierge, marketing) to ensure seamless experiences

· Maintain accurate member records, guest lists, and event feedback

· Support day-to-day club operations, as needed, with professionalism and discretion

What You Bring

· 3+ years in luxury hospitality, client services, membership sales, or event coordination

· A natural presence—confident, warm, and composed under pressure

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Comfort selling to high-net-worth individuals and navigating upscale environments

· Proven ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, event-based setting

· Strong eye for detail and appreciation for premium experiences

· Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events and client engagements

· Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license is an asset

· Proven sales experience, ideally in luxury, hospitality, or membership-based environments

Working Conditions

· Full-time position based at Aspen’s Toronto facility

· Requires evening and weekend availability for events and client appointments
