Introduction
We are currently hiring a highly motivated Financial Analyst for our client, a global biopharmaceutical company. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional reporting within a collaborative and fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales, expenses, and operational trends to provide actionable insights
- Assist with budgeting, long-range planning, and monthly forecasts
- Prepare financial dashboards and executive-ready presentations
- Monitor variances vs. budget/forecast and provide detailed analysis
- Support internal reporting requirements and ad-hoc analysis requests
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders across functions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in financial planning or corporate finance required
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel required and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP preferred)
- Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
