Complete Environmental is a locally owned and operated transportation and logistics company. We have partnered with customers in brewing and distilling, waste produce, plant production waste, composting, food grade tanker services, spring water delivery, and reefer services.

As we continue to expand our network, we are looking for an Dispatch & Customer Service to join our team based out of our Calgary office. This position will be focused on the administrative responsibilities but will take on dispatch for less complex routes, with the potential to take on more complex routes.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Dispatch drivers as per route assignments and prioritize throughout the day as customer requests are made
• Ensure all paperwork/electronic route data, fuel receipts, scale tickets etc. is collected and updated into the system on a daily basis
• Daily data input into the electronic system daily
• Complete Daily/Monthly customer spreadsheets as required
• Maintain Asset tracking (trailers, bins, etc.) as assigned in the tracking system
• Next day routing for drivers
• Answering calls and responding to customer/client emails quicky and efficiently
• Create Purchase Orders when required
• Dispatch other vendors when needed (tow trucks, etc)

What we’re looking for in you:

• 2+ years administration experience
• Administration experience in a trucking/logistics company a strong asset
• Ability to maintain positive experience for our clients and our Drivers
• Adaptability to last minute changes
• Critical thinking
• Able to work a fast pace and remain organized
