Description du poste
Il s’agit d’un poste à distance en contrat pour un(e) Agent(e) au service client . Ce rôle implique d’offrir un soutien à la clientèle, d’assurer la satisfaction des clients, de maintenir une bonne étiquette téléphonique, de fournir un service client exceptionnel et d’améliorer l’expérience globale des clients.
Qualifications
- Compétences en support client et en service à la clientèle
- Maîtrise de la satisfaction et de l’expérience client
- Excellente étiquette téléphonique
- Solides compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
- Capacité à travailler efficacement à distance
- Une expérience dans l’industrie de l’hôtellerie est un atout
- La maîtrise de plusieurs langues est un avantage
