What You’ll Do

As a Keyholder you will:
Provide Sales & Customer Service:
● Open and close the store, ensuring all security protocols are followed.
● Handle cash management, including deposits and registers.
● Greet and assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs using a consultative sales approach.
● Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and installation options.
● Assist with product demonstrations and recommend suitable accessories or add-ons.
● Process transactions accurately and manage customer orders, returns, and inquiries.
● Maintain accurate store records, including invoices, sales receipts, purchase orders, appointment bookings, special requests, hold tags, phone messages, inventory transfers, and cash outs.
Product Installation:
● Install products such as bike racks, storage boxes, hitches, and other gear efficiently and safely.
● Ensure all installations meet company standards and customer expectations.
● Provide guidance to customers on product use and maintenance.
● Perform basic troubleshooting for any installation-related issues.
Inventory & Maintenance:
● Assist in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked.
● Keep installation tools and work areas organized and clean.
● Collaborate closely with the sales and technical team; stay updated on new products, promotions, and company policies.
● Contribute to improving processes related to customer service and product installation.
● Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing support to team members.

Pay Range includes performance based commissions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.40-$18.00 per hour
Additional pay:
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
