How you create impact Reporting to the Inventory Control Supervisor you will be accountable for continuously monitoring inventory accuracy, investigating root causes of inventory discrepancies, and leading physical inventory periodically.
- Investigate and identify the root cause of inventory variances
- Perform physical inventory procedures and cycle counts using material handlling equipment
- Direct customer interaction to resolve issues.
- Article / Location maintenance and set-up.
- Compile and submit month end reports to client as required
- Process claims and warehouse transfers
- Implement and monitor of countback process
- Maintain Over Short & Damage (OS&D) program
- Investigate and solve inventory discrepancies in WMS
- Identify High/Low risk discrepancies
- Investigate customer claims
- Manage physical inventory counts
- Client exit and deletion procedures

What we would like you to bring
- 3+ years of logistics experience in 3PL Contract Logistics environment;
- 3+ years of inventory experience;
- Forklift license (Cherry Picker)
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- High level of attention to detail
- Must be flexible and able to work overtime when necessary
- Proven ability to investigate, analyze and reconcile inventory discrepancies;
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Intermediate MS office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel skills – IF statements, macros, formulas, pivot tables and Vlookup, etc.)
- Understanding of Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), including how to prepare relevant data, contribute to performance analysis
