Job Summary
Skill set:
- Perform static strength, fatigue using both classical methods and finite element models (DFEM/GFEM)
- Worked from concept to certification phases, with contribution to PDR, CDR reviews
- Develop and review structural substantiation reports in support of FAA/EASA certification (Part 25 compliance).
- Should have worked on new aircraft (civilian/business jets) development program
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in structural stress analysis within commercial aircraft development programs.
- In-depth knowledge of composite and metallic structures, fatigue and damage tolerance methodologies, and material behavior.
- Proficient in industry-standard tools: NASTRAN, Patran, FEMAP, HyperMesh, Abaqus, or equivalent.
- Strong background in FAR/CS-25 structural requirements and compliance documentation.
- Experience preparing and reviewing certification-level reports.

Pay: $100,202.64-$140,232.05 per year
