Job Description

We are seeking a driven, enthusiastic and experienced professional to join our collaborative and dynamic team. The team has a focus on growing exceptional customer engagements through the use of Salesforce and other industry leading MarTech solutions across all industry verticals. As an Account Executive, you will drive business opportunities through the end to end opportunity cycle engaging with senior marketing, business and IT executives.

Your main focus will be to manage and grow relationships and revenue for net new client acquisition and successfully onboard new clients.

A proven, client growth, consulting-sales-oriented performer is desired to help us grow our loyal customer base, and further expand our growing market share with onboarding new client wins in the USA.

You will play a key role in business development, driving the sales function, deepening our channel relationships, helping to align our solutions, and working closely with Salesforce AE’s to execute on Vigorate’s go-to-market and sales strategy.

Job Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • The Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting and closing new customers via co-selling with Salesforce AE’s.
  • Formulate and execute technical sales strategy to exceed revenue objectives in accordance to the multi-year strategic account plan through Salesforce partner alliances and direct selling with Salesforce AE’s.
  • Drive revenue growth for Vigorate Inc by generating and achieving ambitious monthly forecasts. Leverage sales and account management skills, product knowledge, problem solving, solution skills, and direction.
  • Exceed the partner license referral ACV targets including entering leads, working with account management and sales to have Vigorate as partner on Salesforce account executive opportunities.
  • Highlights of our capabilities, solutions, customer win stories, and case studies to share with Salesforce teams.
  • You will participate the execution of joint go-to-market plans to drive Vigorate brand recognition with Salesforce teams and drive new leads and opportunities for sales in the USA.
  • Create and execute operational rigor including territory management, Sales activity management, segment plans, and business reviews both internal and external.

·        Work with clients to execute strategic solutions in developing opportunities.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest announcements from Salesforce.
  • 5+ years of Account Management and/or Solution oriented sales experience within MarTech solutions or similar business applications.
  • Experience identifying unique and complex marketing/business challenges and solutions
  • Strong track record and history of carrying and exceeding revenue targets
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a Marketing or Professional Services organization
  • A track record of success with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other MarTech applications
  • Managing and developing relationships with Salesforce Account Executives
  • Account planning and execution skills
  • Ability to manage relationships with and sell to C-Level
  • Passion and commitment for customer success
  • Reasonable technical solution aptitude
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
  • Strong time management skills
  • Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
  • Experience selling software (Cloud/SaaS/On-demand/on premise)
