Fredericton Buick GMC is seeking Collision Estimator/ Customer Service Representative to join our team! This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing technical estimating with front-line customer service.

As a key member of our collision center, you'll assess vehicle damage, prepare accurate repair estimates, and coordinate with both customers and insurance companies to ensure a smooth repair process. You'll also serve as the first point of contact for customers—scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and providing updates throughout their repair journey.

Hourly Wage Range: commensurate with knowledge, skills, and abilities

Qualifications:

  • Collision center experience is an asset
  • Familiarity with estimating software such as Mitchell iCloud and/or Audatex
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Outlook
  • High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education is an asset
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement
  • Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and a positive, team-focused attitude

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate collision repair estimates
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across in-person, phone, and digital platforms
  • Act as a liaison between customers, insurance companies, and internal departments
  • Support front office operations including scheduling, filing, invoicing, and database management
  • Communicate repair timelines, process updates, and expectations to customers
  • Collaborate with production teams and estimators to ensure timely and quality vehicle delivery
  • Uphold safety regulations and assist in ongoing training and compliance
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team culture
  • Other duties as assigned to support operational excellence
