Responsibilities When your actions lead to success:
- Support and contribute to a healthy and safe work environment by following all workplace regulations, policies, and initiatives including all first aid injuries, accidents and workplace hazards;
- Responsible for producing a quality product while maintaining production performance;
- Comfortable working with computers;
- Assist in troubleshooting minor machine problems when equipment is down or not performing to standard;
- Constantly monitor quality and waste for all orders being produced;
- Continually learn the responsibilities of the various positions to advance in the line of progression;
- Physical demands include lifting up to 40 pounds, walking/standing for long periods of time;
Qualifications When your expertise drives us:
- Manufacturing experience is required and experience in blown film or flexible packaging preferred;
- Highly motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision and handle a wide variety of responsibilities in a busy and sometimes hot environment;
- Must be able to work twelve (12) hour rotating continental shifts and every second weekend;
- Must have own transportation as transit does not operate in area before 6:00am;
- Will be required to complete a criminal background check;
