Title: Senior Program Coordinator
Salary: $66,597 – $83,246 – $91,571 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Term until November 13, 2026
Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday (core hours 9am – 3pm)
Location: Sinclair, Downtown Vancouver – Hybrid (50% in office) available. Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway, spring 2027.
About the role
As Senior Program Coordinator, you will – provide senior level administration, coordination, planning, and communication to support the functions of the team and the Community Based Testing and Biomedical Initiatives program, including, but not limited to activities and milestone progress tracking, meeting and travel management, managing communications, creating meeting records, conducting analyses, event management, budgeting and associated program management tasks.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have/be –
- University Degree, plus 5 years of direct experience providing program support and coordination of complex projects in large organizations, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Basic statistics training gained through course work or work experience.
- Advanced experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) including Project and Visio
- Advanced working knowledge of SharePoint
- Understanding of First Nations cultural traditions, practices and protocols.
- Commitment to Cultural Safety and Humility as evidenced through completion of San’yas.

The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
