Sales Advisor Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our growing company. The primary responsibility of the Sales Advisor is to schedule appointments with prospective clients by making outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to quickly build rapport with potential clients.

Sales Advisor Duties and Responsibilities

  • Initiate relationships with new prospects.
  • Educate prospect regarding various business services available to them.
  • Qualify potential prospects.
  • Create and book appointments with senior consultants.
  • Follow-up with old and new prospects.
  • Keep accurate records of calls made.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of appointments and client information.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and staff.

Sales Advisor Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior sales experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to learn and to grow with the company.
  • Keen attention to details
