Wesbell is accepting resumes for DAS Technicians to join our team. This position is responsible for installing and testing DAS systems in various industrial and commercial buildings.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities Include
- Installation of cables, antennas and splitters as per customer requirements
- Removal of cables, antennas and splitters
- Perform testing of installed components and overall performance of the site (Level 3).
- Any other duties that may be assigned
Education (Theoretical Training)
- High School, GED, vocational or technical training preferred
- First Aid / CPR Training
- Ladder Safety Training
- Proper Lifting Techniques Training
- WHMIS Training
Job Requirements & Experience
- Practical ability and common sense
- Must be willing to travel and work weekends, nights if required by customer
- Manual dexterity is required and mechanical aptitude an asset
- A minimum of 1 year for level 1, 3 years for level 2 and 5 years for level 3 in the related field
- Have a basic understanding of electricity and electrical safety
- Must have a valid drivers license and a clean drivers abstract
- May require use of personal vehicle
- General housekeeping is a must
- Must be a team player and possess a positive and professional attitude towards work and others
- Fluent in English written and oral
