Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Cook/Dishwasher. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and maintaining cleanliness. This is a part time position.

Duties

• Prepare menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
• Assist with food preparation and handling
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
• Follow proper food safety procedures
• Assist in meal preparation as needed

Skills

• Experience in a kitchen or food service environment is required
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
• Ability and Speed to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and help out where needed
• Familiarity with restaurant or food industry practices
