About the role
Novisto is on a mission to empower companies to own their sustainability data and turn it into decision-useful information. We’re now looking for a Vice President of Marketing to complete our executive team and lead the next phase of brand growth and market expansion.
This role is for a bold, strategic leader who thrives at both setting a long-term vision and driving hands-on execution. You’ll lead the full marketing spectrum—from brand and content to performance, digital, and events—while driving alignment across the organization. We're looking for a digitally savvy marketer with strong data-driven instincts, deep enterprise SaaS experience, and a genuine passion for ESG.
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team across core marketing functions: brand, demand generation, design and content.
- Coach and develop team members to support both individual growth and business goals
- Set Novisto’s global marketing vision, aligning brand, product, and growth strategies with company objectives.
- Own the customer acquisition and revenue growth pipeline through integrated, multi-channel marketing programs.
- Track campaign performance, including KPIs, pipeline impact, and engagement across channels.
- Own budget management, paid media effectiveness, lead funnel health, and email marketing performance.
- Launch programs and campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels—including email, social, SEM, and events—that consistently drive engagement.
- Translate marketing performance into actionable insights using tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics.
- Develop sales enablement tools and partner with Sales and Product to align GTM efforts and messaging
- Champion a “One Team” mentality by aligning closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
- Position Novisto as a thought leader in the ESG space through high-quality content, media partnerships, and executive visibility.
- Ensure a consistent brand voice and experience across every touchpoint—from our website to investor decks.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and market trends, and keep the executive team informed of new opportunities and threats.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of marketing leadership experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment, ideally within enterprise or B2B segments.
- Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including hands-on experience with social platforms like LinkedIn and emerging digital trends.
- A track record of building and scaling marketing teams and digital programs that drive measurable growth.
- Proven leadership and team development skills, with experience coaching, mentoring, and scaling high-performing marketing teams.
- Deep experience in digital marketing, demand generation, and marketing automation (HubSpot or similar platforms).
- A data-first mindset—you’re fluent in KPIs, attribution models, funnel metrics, and know how to tell the story behind the numbers.
- Agile and growth-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly and lead confidently in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills (bilingualism in French/English is a strong asset).
- A strategic thinker with hands-on ability to execute, iterate, and pivot in a high-growth, high-change environment
- Experience in marketing in global or multi-market contexts and working cross-functionally.
