**Development Coordinator
Langley, BC** $60,000-$70,000 Full-Time, In-Office I'm currently partnering with a well-established real estate development group based in Langley that’s looking to bring a Development Coordinator on board. This is a tight-knit team with a strong track record and a nice pipeline of industrial and commercial projects.
The role is ideal for someone early in their development career, someone who enjoys being hands-on with permits, coordination, and project tracking, and is eager to learn more about the full lifecycle of development.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the team with due diligence, research, and site planning for potential acquisitions
- Preparing municipal permit applications and liaising with external consultants
- Coordinating project timelines and documentation from early-stage design through to preconstruction
- Assisting with marketing materials, investor updates, and general administrative support for active projects
- Interfacing with stakeholders, including municipal reps, consultants, brokers, and internal departments
What They’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in a development, construction, or project coordination role
- Post-secondary education in real estate, planning, construction, business, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Familiarity with the BC development process is helpful, especially for industrial or commercial assets
