About Us:
Shelron Canada, a provider of digital AI-driven and instrument-based commercial solutions, is seeking a motivated and articulate individual with a strong interest in digital sales and marketing tools to support our Canadian sales team. This is a remote, summer (work-from-home) opportunity open to students or residents based in Canada or the United States. Compensation will be performance-based, tied to the generation of qualified marketing leads and contacts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify potential clients via online platforms and outreach calls
• Generate interest in our digital solutions by distributing marketing materials via email
• Understand client needs and deliver appropriate product information
• Route qualified leads to sales executives for further engagement
• Maintain and grow our prospects database
Candidate Requirements:
• Confident phone presence with experience handling high call volumes
• Familiarity or willingness to work with CRM systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities
• High school diploma/GED required; BA/BS degree preferred
