Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with pre-sales initiatives and demos for new potential customers.
- Responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring adoption of Faretrade technologies.
- Serve as a first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and effective resolution.
- Coordinate communication between clients and 2Ship regarding software issues or updates.
- Prepare service agreements and Statements of Work (SOW) related to system integrations.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to serve a hybrid role encompassing both Customer Service and sales. Qualifications:
- Positive attitude with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to customer and internal challenges.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficient understanding of logistics systems, especially shipping software (experience with 2Ship is an asset).
- Technically competent with a solid understanding of software systems and integrations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively across teams.
