About the role
St. John Council for Ontario (SJCO) is a voluntary agency dedicated to improving the health, safety and quality of life of Canadians through training and community service. We are currently seeking a confident, energetic Customer Service Representative to join our Kingston location.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and order status
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Reconcile payment information appropriately and maintain accurate records in Microsoft 365 database.
Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years of office administration/customer service experience
- Strong phone handling skills and active listening skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications specifically, Microsoft Office D365 software
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $43,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
