Aramark Canada is offering outgoing individuals interested in growing within a large organization the opportunity to join the Dalhousie Food Services team as a Team Lead of Tim Horton's.

Job Responsibilities

• Assures quality, courteous customer service is provided to all customers
• May be required to use grill, fryers, and ovens
• Food preparation, including merchandising of food stations, and food service
• Maintains continual cleaning and sanitizing of surrounding work area
• Stock shelves, refrigerators and prep stations
• Adhere to all Aramark and franchise policy and procedures
• Receive sick calls and report to Supervisor
• May assist Supervisor in adjusting team schedule based on team outages
• May host team huddles to discuss safety briefs, events, and pertinent information
• May perform other job duties as required

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in food service industry required
• 2+ years’ experience in a leadership role required
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Skilled in effective communication both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Flexible; evening and weekend work may be required
