About the Role:
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Bilingual Vision Sales Consultant will be responsible for promoting and selling our Diagnostic Imaging and Dry Eye products. You will be maintaining relationships with existing customers, prospecting for new business, conducting product training, and providing clinical support to ensure successful product outcomes.
This is a remote position, and candidates can be located anywhere within Quebec. However, please note that travel is a required part of the role.
The successful applicant will:
- Plan and organize customer visits, prospecting activities, customer events, and clinical training sessions.
- Develop and execute territory strategies and customer presentations.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to drive sales opportunities and meet sales targets.
- Regularly visit current customers to foster strong partnerships and identify new sales opportunities.
- Actively prospect new accounts, seeking opportunities to expand Clarion’s customer base.
- Conduct clinical training sessions, peer-to-peer training, and practice-building events.
- Represent Clarion at industry trade shows to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Complete internal reporting and information management as required.
We are seeking a candidate with the following experience and attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the medical or vision-related industry.
- Experience with premium channels or vision-related products is preferred.
- Proven sales and relationship-building skills, particularly in a competitive environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present complex products to clients.
- Strong understanding of ROI, with the ability to create business cases for clients.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify new sales opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and manage territory expenses.
An excellent command of English is required, as this position involves frequent communication with partners and clients located outside of Quebec.
