Stock Associate

Responsibilities:

• Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments.

• Ensure all products are properly tagged, labeled, and stored.

• Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.

• Regularly restock merchandise on the sales floor to ensure product availability.

• Print transfers label and process transfers for prepaid orders, consolidations, and

damages.

• Follow store-specific damage procedures to handle damaged products.

• Contact prepaid/online customers to confirm orders and provide updates.

• Perform other duties as requested by management.

• Keep the backroom clean, organized, and free of clutter.

• Complete daily and end-of-week checklists, including replenishment and cleanliness

tasks.

• Participate in daily and weekly walk-throughs with the store manager to review

completed tasks and address any issues.

• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new

procedures.

• Work closely with the stock manager to improve efficiency and effectiveness in stock

management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in retail or stock management preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and products.

• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.

• Capable of performing physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and climbing ladders.
