As a Service Manager at Flaman Group of Companies, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the seamless operation of our service department. You’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing a team of service technicians, managing service requests, and enhancing overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the service team, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Process Optimization:
- Develop and implement effective service policies and procedures to maximize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of services and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Customer Issue Resolution:
- Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Preventative Maintenance:
- Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance program for equipment and machinery, ensuring longevity and optimal performance.
Desired Qualifications & Traits:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management role.
- Proven mechanical abilities, with strong working knowledge of application and repair techniques.
- Experience diagnosing electrical/mechanical issues.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Experience with equipment maintenance, and welding/fabrication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with internal teams and external clients. s
