YOUR ROLE The Sales Coordinator acts in a supporting role to the Sales Team and will help to execute and achieve sales plans and the strategy and for the brands.

  • Builds, maintains and ensures accuracy of all sales related documents: sales reports, inventory reports, sample trackers, costing files, customer purchase orders and line sheets.
  • Supports the wholesale team with seasonal go-to-market (GTM) activities such as the sell-in calendar, travel and presentation preparation.
  • Manages and coordinates all sample requests from customers and ensure timely delivery of these.
  • Manages day to day communication and follow ups with the customers, product development team, order management team, and suppliers.
  • Tracks revenue projections monthly to make sure we are meeting sales targets.
  • Maintains seasonal projection files to support the consensus process.
  • Ensures milestones are on track by working cross-functionally to support a seamless customer journey from new account onboarding to order tracking and delivery.

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • 1-3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
  • Works well cross-functionally, both with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
