About the Role: Regional Director, Central Ontario This is more than a leadership position—it’s an opportunity to elevate healthcare delivery across a dynamic region in Ontario. As Regional Director, you’ll lead and empower a network of Clinic Directors, fueling operational excellence, inclusive culture, and team growth. Reporting to the Provincial Leader, you’ll drive strategic and financial performance while ensuring every clinic reflects our values of care, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead with purpose: Guide and develop Clinic Directors across [Insert Region Name], championing high-quality, consistent care across all sites.
  • Drive operational excellence: Align regional plans with company goals, streamline performance, and lead change initiatives.
  • Inspire inclusive culture: Create clinic environments that prioritize belonging, collaboration, and interdisciplinary care.
  • Fuel growth: Use data-driven insights to boost revenue and EBITDA, optimizing both patient experience and business performance.
  • Build relationships: Strengthen ties with key stakeholders, support talent acquisition, and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Own results: Manage budgets, lead KPIs, ensure regulatory compliance, and take accountability for regional outcomes.

What You Bring

  • Degree in Physiotherapy, Allied Healthcare, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 7–10+ years in senior operational leadership, ideally in healthcare or related sectors
  • Proven success in scaling operations, leading large teams, and achieving financial targets
  • Strong communicator and people leader with a passion for inclusive, values-driven leadership
  • Ability to navigate complexity and drive alignment across multi-site operations
