Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Ice Cream Maker who specializes in rolled ice cream. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. As an Ice Cream Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and serving our signature rolled ice cream, ensuring each creation meets our high standards of taste and presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve rolled ice cream to customers according to company recipes and standards.
• Create custom ice cream rolls with a variety of mix-ins and toppings based on customer preferences.
• Operate and maintain ice cream making equipment and tools, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders, answering questions, and handling transactions.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with team members to develop new flavours and menu items.
• Participate in special events and promotions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in ice cream making, specifically rolled ice cream, is highly preferred.
• Strong creative skills and a passion for creating unique and delicious ice cream rolls.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus.
