Creative Design Specialist: On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Creative Design Specialist for an 18-month role. This position is a currently remote with occasional onsite requirement at our client’s Toronto OR Vancouver office.

The role requires shift work from 3PM to 12AM. Creative Design Specialist - Job Description: The Creative Design Specialist will be responsible for creating impactful presentations, templates, and marketing materials that align with bank's brand standards. The role involves using various design software to deliver high-quality graphical content, while also identifying opportunities to improve design processes for enhanced efficiency.

Creative Design Specialist - Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing presentation designs, marketing materials, and graphics for internal and external communications.
• Transform text-heavy presentations into engaging layouts and infographics.
• Search stock galleries for infographics and digital photos to support design requests.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards while delivering projects on time.
• Develop interactive forms based on client needs and create detailed maps for asset locations.
• Collaborate with team members on complex or special design projects.
• Maintain quality control and ensure the effective execution of design strategies.

Creative Design Specialist - Mandatory Skills:

• 2-5 years of Graphic Design/Desktop Publishing experience, specifically in corporate settings such as real estate or banking.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat DC).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly advanced skills in PowerPoint for presentation design.
• Experience with print production and pre-press processes.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills.

Creative Design Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Excellent time management and project management skills.
• Ability to balance competing priorities while working collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable working independently and within a team environment.
• Ability to convert multiple file types from one platform to another.
