Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Criminal Trial Lawyer with 2-5 years of experience. The position is based in Toronto, ON, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Criminal Trial Lawyer will handle a range of legal responsibilities including providing legal advice, representing clients in trials and depositions, managing legal issues, and developing defense strategies. The lawyer will work closely with clients and other legal professionals to ensure the highest standard of legal service.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Law and handling Legal Issues
  • Ability to provide sound Legal Advice and develop defense strategies
  • Experience with Trials and Depositions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism and ethical conduct
  • Licensed to practice law in Ontario
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD)
