Customer Success Supervisor

CALL CENTER FT

GREENWORKS CANADA HEADQUARTERS, East Gwillimbury, ON, CA

Hourly Range: $24 – Supervisor

Available shifts: Starting July 14th

Saturday & Sunday 9:30am-5:30pm

Monday – Wednesday 9:00am-5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Agents with approval to send from Sales Force, Toll RD, Mec – Whole goods, Batteries etc.

  • Answer agent inquiries regarding trouble shooting and coach how to find the details themselves

  • Customer Escalations

  • Assist with Chats, phones and Sale Force queues when required

  • Conduct Case Checks and populate accordingly into tracker

  • Assist and review your KPI group – ensure KPI is met, coaching’s, review calls, orders – Log accordingly

  • Assist and partake in any additional Training provided

  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution

  • Maintain a professional working environment, including personal hygiene policy and cell phone use.

  • Enforcement of professional dress code

  • Following attendance and punctuality procedures and policies

  • Adhering to all company policies

  • Complete end of shift report

  • Maintain/Update daily tracker

  • All other duties as assigned by management

  • Partake in additional training

  • Advance of supervisor meetings

  • Testing for new projects

  • Complete coaching’s

  • Provide review details for KPI agents

Experiences and qualifications required:

  • Be courteous and maintain a "customer first" attitude when resolving issues over the phone
  • Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and comfortable working with multiple screens
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy while multitasking
  • Team player, willing to assist colleagues with high order volumes when needed
  • Ability to work independently and seek help when necessary
  • Proficiency in English required

Nice to have qualifications:

  • Schedule flexibility
  • Previous call center experience
